Absolutely wonderful evening. Lovely quaint log cabin effect with waitresses in traditional costume, which added to the atmosphere. Had the assortment of Lappish delicacies for 2, which was a wonderful experience, enjoyed every mouthful. Followed by sautéed reindeer with mash and logonberry sauce, which was Devine. My husband had Arctic char with a butter cream sauce with a barley and veg bake which was also lovely, he even said might be the best fish he ever had. If your in Helsinki you would be foolish to pass up the opportunity of dining here, an unforgettable experience. Thanks Lappi for a wonderful evening, and the lovely glass picture as a lovely memory 💞

Three visits to Helsinki, three meals at Lappi, each one was fantastic. The food was beautifully cooked with ingredients that tasted fresh and bursting with flavour. The service is exemplary; understated but interested and helpful, despite the staff being busy. This is my favourite place to eat in Helsinki.

Upea illallinen takana. Heti ovella tunsimme itsemme todella tervetulleiksi. Palvelu alusta loppuun erittäin loistavaa ja ruoka suussa sulavaa. Ravintolassa erittäin lämmin tunnelma ja sisustus Lappu hengessä hiottu viimeistä palikkaa myöden. Ehdottomasti kokemisen arvoinen paikka!

Ravintola Lappi kaipaa kipeästi pintaremonttia, koska pinnat ovat tahmaisen näköisiä ja vanhoja ilmeisesti uusittuja johtoja soikkuu seinällä. Henkilökunta tulisi pistää laskutuskurssille. Ja kuulemma jo havaituista virheista tulee ulmoottaa asiakkaalle.

We went pretty early on when the restaurant open on a weekday. The athmosphere was amazing and the interior was beautiful. I can really recommend. Food was amzing! The best creamy brown sauce you'll ever taste!

Lappi heeft een beperkte maar leuke menukaart met typisch Lapse gerechten. Dat betekent hoofdzakelijk rendier en vis. En dat is gelijk de charme van dit restaurant. Het eten is uitstekend. Ze hebben menukaarten in veel talen, waaronder nederlands, maar de vertalingen vertroebelen de gerechten een beetje. Een käristys is toch iets meer dan een hachee. Maar al met al een leuke en smakelijke ervaring.

There was a Japanese menu, and the correspondence was also very good. We wanted to eat the food of the reindeer, there was a volume and it was just good to share 2 people with 4 people.

It was a unique experience to try Finnish dishes. The restaurant also has very Finnish tradition vibes which is quite interesting to visit.

There is Japanese menu, and they are so kind for us to have a dinner. We could easily eat the food because it’s taken away the unique smell.

Esperienza molto positiva. Vero ristorante finlandese! Tutto ottimo e la carne perfettamente cotta. Abbiamo bevuto birra, poichè i vini hanno prezzi spropositati. I vini che un’Italia beviamo al ristorante a 15...20 euro qui li abbiamo trovati a 70...80. Servizio gentile e curato. Straconsigliato!

Kiinalaisille vieraille ei montaa sopivaa ruokavaihtoehtoa, mutta tämä on ymmärrettävää, tilanne on vaikea jos vieraat eivät ole tottuneet eurooppalaiseen ruokaan.
