Nuorten tarjoilijoiden huono palvelu, tilasimme juomia pöytään, he toivat jotain täysin erilaista, eivätkä he myöskään täyttäneet pyyntöämme tuoda tilausta myöhemmin.Haluan myös huomauttaa, että henkilökunnan palvelu on epäammattimaista. Hinnat ovat korkeat.

Laktoosittomuuden puute joissain ruokalistan lajeissa jätti täydet saamatta. Esim. ei laktoositonta jälkiruokaa valikoimassa lainkaan. Muuten palvelu lappalaisen täydellinen 🙂

The food was great The service was very nice thank you very much. But it would need a bit more of siders like potatoes; carrots etc; the portion of meat was perfect. but overall if was a bit too small portion for the price.

Zupa łososiowa była przepyszna 10/10. Danie główne było dobre ale bardzo mała porcja praktycznie bez warzyw a mięso nie tak wysmażone jak lubię przynajmniej jak chodzi o mięso z renifera.

The ambiance was great, the food was very tasty and the servers were attentive. Our impression was slightly lowered because of the portion sizes in relation to what you pay.

Ein typisches finnisches Restaurant im Herzen Helsinki . Vom Stil her alt mit viel Holz , aber sehr gemütlich zum sitzen. Das Essen war, auch wenn preislich eher gehobene Preise, sehr lecker gewesen. Wer auf typisch finnisches essen steht ist hier genau richtig

Ruoka ja miljöö hyviä, palvelu sujuvaa ja ystävällistä. Vähän jäi harmittamaan se, että tarjoilija vei vahingossa valokuva-albumimme menujen mukana, ja sitä myöhemmin noudettaessa se oli merkitty ”unohtuneeksi pöytään”.

It was good but this time the taste of the food was a little bit off. Not bad at all but we were dining @Lappi way better before. The service was as good as always. So maybe it was just only a not perfect day in the kitchen. We will come come back again as it is one of our favored restaurants in Helsinki.

Das Ambiente im Restaurant mit viel Holz war sehr schön. Die Vorspeisenplatte schmeckte vorzüglich und war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Unser Kellner war leider etwas einsilbig aber korrekt. Dieses Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, wenn man Rentierfleisch essen möchte.

Accoglienza fredda, direi quasi da scazzati, carina solo una ragazzina in costume tipico, è la terza sera che ceniamo in una ravintola finlandese ed é stata la peggiore. Si salva solo la location, ma 110€ per 2 piatti a testa anche no Le altre due ravintole forse erano meno conosciute ma abbiamo mangiato meglio e il personale era molto gentile

We had our New Year’s Eve dinner there. We booked the last slot on 9:15 and when we arrived they told us you have only 10min to order food because the kitchen is about to close. In the middle of eating the dinner they asked us to order the dessert. So before we even finish our meal they told us you should be out in 30minutes meaning we needed that we had to eat our dessert in rush. The food quality was good but the portions of the food that we ordered for two was not enough. In total, the service was ok but the haste that the waitress gave us, somehow ruined the experience.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Essen war sehr gut und ging schnell. Die Atmosphäre war unglaublich.
