I like the reindeer fillet, but the reindeer sautéed was a little bit over cooked. However, the potato smash and the Lappi salad was nice.

Felt incredibly authentic and cosy inside the restaurant. The service was pleasant. We chose the shared starter and the shared main, both were delicious, a great selection of foods I’d never really have the chance to experience in England. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The food and atmosphere are great, tasty and authentic . Just one thing went wrong, rotten rucola leaves on the dish. Maybe there is atmosphere lights in the kitchen.

We waited 50 minutes for our food. They have six things on the menu. How hard can it be? Mistakes happen. All it would have taken was an explanation and a friendly smile. Maybe some bread. A tiny bit of attention. We were really hungry. It I see a money making machine. A big disappointment!

This is a must-experience dining adventure. The decor transports you to a Lapland tavern from the grand days of village life. The service is excellent. The food, wonderful! Don't leave this country without trying a traditional reindeer steak. Here, It is soft and flavorful. All this with ample draft beer! A perfect dinner!

We had the game platter for two - brilliant, especially the elk. Followed by fresh strawberries, and lingonberry mousse - very good. Washed down with a bottle of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano - good value. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful evening. Lovely quaint log cabin effect with waitresses in traditional costume, which added to the atmosphere. Had the assortment of Lappish delicacies for 2, which was a wonderful experience, enjoyed every mouthful. Followed by sautéed reindeer with mash and logonberry sauce, which was Devine. My husband had Arctic char with a butter cream sauce with a barley and veg bake which was also lovely, he even said might be the best fish he ever had. If your in Helsinki you would be foolish to pass up the opportunity of dining here, an unforgettable experience. Thanks Lappi for a wonderful evening, and the lovely glass picture as a lovely memory 💞

Three visits to Helsinki, three meals at Lappi, each one was fantastic. The food was beautifully cooked with ingredients that tasted fresh and bursting with flavour. The service is exemplary; understated but interested and helpful, despite the staff being busy. This is my favourite place to eat in Helsinki.

Upea illallinen takana. Heti ovella tunsimme itsemme todella tervetulleiksi. Palvelu alusta loppuun erittäin loistavaa ja ruoka suussa sulavaa. Ravintolassa erittäin lämmin tunnelma ja sisustus Lappu hengessä hiottu viimeistä palikkaa myöden. Ehdottomasti kokemisen arvoinen paikka!

Ravintola Lappi kaipaa kipeästi pintaremonttia, koska pinnat ovat tahmaisen näköisiä ja vanhoja ilmeisesti uusittuja johtoja soikkuu seinällä. Henkilökunta tulisi pistää laskutuskurssille. Ja kuulemma jo havaituista virheista tulee ulmoottaa asiakkaalle.
