Rioni Helsinki

Ystäväni tilasi pelmenit alkuruuaksi. Tulivat useamman muistutuksen jälkeen reilusti pääruuan jälkeen. No, eipä niistä mitään tarvinnut maksaa mikä oli hienoa. Ruoka kaikkinensa oikein hyvää ja vierailumme onnistunut.

Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja nopeaa. Saimme hyviä suosituksia aterioista kun olimme ensimmäistä kertaa georgialaisessa ravintolassa.

Our meal was phenomenal and one we will not forget. The waiter explained the menu items and the service was outstanding. The value for the price paid was exceptional.

Palvelussa toivomisen varaa: olimme varanneet pöydän ja saavuimme 10min ennen varausaikaa. Asiakkaita vähän, mutta jouduimme seisoskelemaan ja odottamaan pöytään vientiä henkilökunnan jutustellessa kaikessa rauhassa. Tympeää myös palvelu muulla kuin suomenkielellä.

Erinomainen ruoka, mukava tunnelma. Hyvin suositeltu eri annoksia ja viinivaihtoehtoja.

the new menu includes really good dishes. unfortunately, prices have been rising, and that might be the ratio quality price as good as before

Het was fijn geweest als gemeld was dat de keuken al eerder (om 20:00) dicht ging. Dit stond niet op de site en werd bij binnenkomst vermeld. Was jammer. Het eten was wel fantastisch.

This time Rioni was a disappointment - I have considered Rioni one of my favorite restaurants and have recommended it to many friends visiting Helsinki. This time I arrived with close friends from abroad and had picked Rioni out of my four favorites in Helsinki. But this time it was no success - it was noisy, we waited for food more than 1,5 hours. You could have put something on the table for us to nibble at, if it was too busy in the kitchen. There was misinformation about kitchen closing at 8 which made us very confused since we had booked table for a 2 h slot. Then suddenly after 1 h new customers arrived and the information changed to kitchen is closing at 10. Very confusing. Food was cold, not served in those nice sissling pots or hot plates as before. Has management changed?

From the moment we stepped in, we were transported to the heart of Georgia with its warm ambiance and flavorful dishes. Each bite was a delight, bursting with traditional Georgian spices and ingredients.

The gerogian wine selection is a must. Staff is so friendly and welcoming.
