Die Tapas waren umwerfend gut, die Hauptspeisen indiskutabel schlecht. Wir können uns sowas nicht erklären. Der Service war ausserordentlich unfreundlich mit Kommando-Ton. Das Restaurant kann ich nur für Tapas empfehlen und auch nur wenn man eine dicke Haut hat

Good food, very traditional Finland food, I have never come across this taste , very fresh and new to me, is worth to try, but do remember to book the seat ahead, I saw many visitors are being turned down, since they have not make reservations and the restaurant is full house.

We had an incredible time at Juuri for Dad’s 70th Birthday. Having been here twice before we decided it was the best place to host his birthday dinner. There were 11 of us at the table with a variety of dietary requirements. We had a 5 course surprise tasting menu with paired wines and everyone had a fantastic time. We were very well looked after by the whole team. You will not be disappointed if you book her. Recommended!

Ich war schon in vielen Restaurants, international, essen. So was wie im Jurri ist mir noch nirgends passiert. Über den Keller und die schlechte Luft, kann man geschmacklich unterschiedlicher Meinung sein. Wenn es allerdings schon beim Aperitif hakt, weil es von Dreien nur zwei gibt...Schwamm drüber. Das ich mein Fleisch allerdings nicht well done gebraten bekommen und deshalb Huhn essen soll, ist schon stark. Wir entschlossen uns zu gehen, woraufhin der Kellner noch nicht mal auf Wiedersehen sagen konnte. In Helsinki ist das Essen eh teuer, aber kombiniert mit dem schlechtesten Service

I’m writing this review, while still dining at this restaurant. So you can imagine how south this experience has gone for me and my friends & family. This place has no clue of what good service is. Where do I start: 1) Wine was poured, but never offered to taste first. 2) They forgot our bread, as part of our first course. The only reason we realized, is because the couple next to us got it and when we asked, we got a very condescending response by the server “let’s see if you get it later”. What the hell is that supposed to mean? 3) We had the 5 course tasting menu (€55 each) for 5 people and the family serving size on each plate was the same as the couple next to us. How can that be? 4) Red wine was poured in the same glass I was drinking my white wine and even though I hadn’t finished it, it doesn’t prevent the lady from pouring in the red. Because I guess it’s all wine...?? 5) Because the tasting menu food is served family style, please do not show up with any dietary restrictions, because they will adjust the family style food for EVERYONE. We had one person with gluten allergy and one with pork, and none of the other folks got any of that, even though it was served to other tables. WTF! 6) Last, but certainly not the least, we were seated by the swinging kitchen door that squeaked so loudly that it became our background music all evening, except it was SO annoying. They serve butter to their patrons, perhaps they should apply it to its hinges as well. I’m actually glad this place doesn’t have a 1-star Michelin rating, because as a person that has been privileged to have dined in 40+ Michelin restaurants across the globe, I would have lost all faith in that system. This place is right where it should be: decent food, with very questionable service. So I would reward the cook, retrain/replace the front of the house staff....

Erinomaista ruokaa. Ravintolaan tullessamme sain erittäin töykeää palvelua tarjoilijalta, kun yritin saada häneen kontaktia, jotta voisin kertoa, että meillä oli pöyyävaraus. Sain vain vihaisen tiuskaisun ja käskyn odottaa vuoroani. Englantilainen ystävänikin meni hiukan hämilleen tilanteesta. Loppujen lopuksi pääsimme pöytäämme 20-30 min varauksemme alun jälkeen. Tämäkin odotus olisi ollut ihan ok, koska ymmärrän että ravintolassa oli hiukan kiirettä, mutta kiire ei kuitenkaan oikeuta töykeään palveluun. Onneksi saimme tarjoilijaksi nuoren neidin joka palveli meidät erinomaisesti. Loppujen lopuksi ravintola kokemus oli mieluisa, kunhan vain pääsin alun huonosta palvelusta yli ja pääsin takaisin parempaan tunnelmaan.
