Ruoka oli hyvää ja tuoretta, asiakaspalvelu ystävällistä ja hääpäivämmekin oli huomioitu!

Sushi oli parasta mitä olen pitkään aikaan syönyt. Palvelu oli myös ystävällistä eikä ruokaa joutunut odottamaan kovinkaan pitkään.

Kaikki oli hyvää ja kauniisti tarjolla, kuivajää teki ruokailusta spessun. Palvelu ok.

Viime kerrasta vierähtänyt aikaa, jolloin vielä tilattu paperilappujen avulla. Tabletin avulla tilaaminen oli sujuvaa, kun jokaisesta annoksesta näki kuvan eikä tarvinnut enää erilliseltä lehtiöltä etsiä vastaavaa. Tunnelma oli miellyttävä ja asiakaspalvelu ystävällistä.

I had dinner at Mizore this past Saturday with my wife, and sadly, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The restaurant itself is small and cozy, and while a few grilled dishes were enjoyable, the overall food quality was average. Importantly, the grilled items are not “all you can eat” as one might expect — there are strict limits. The only real highlights were the grilled lamb, ribeye, and scallops, which were well-prepared. In contrast, the sushi was underwhelming: the rice portions were far too large, and the flavors fell short. The ordering process was also poorly managed; dishes meant for other tables were delivered to us, and the ordering tablet was even taken away, leaving us unable to review or confirm our orders. The most serious issue, however, was the service. Two servers were working: the female server was polite and professional, but the male server’s behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. His dismissive attitude and lack of respect for customers are completely unacceptable in any restaurant setting. Overall, Mizore left us with a very poor impression. While a few dishes stood out, the disorganized service and unprofessional behavior overshadowed everything else. Considering the price point, one would expect far higher standards, professionalism, and basic respect for customers — unfortunately, Mizore failed to deliver.

Absolutely loved this restaurant and experience! A bit unusual concept but the staff guided us through it and the food was so amazing and delicious.

The food (especially skewers) was great and the atmosphere was comfy. Staff was friendly too! Earlier reviews said that it took an hour to get their food, but ours came after like 10-15min. Positive surprise!

The restaurant was fully booked, but the service was still quite quick. Salmon sashimi was delicious. My favourite one was also salmon gunkan 😋 We wish there were more space between the tables.

Super nice staff and the food was amazing, you could tell everything was freshly made, I hope the quality doesn’t go down after the business grows! Loved the atmosphere, although the place is small, it’s understandable since it’s a new business. Big respect for the halal meat, which makes this restaurant available for everyone to visit and enjoy, and I hope in the future the halal options would be further expanded, like to the dumplings and chicken tempura rolls. Definitely coming again🫶🏼

Hinta on oikein hyvä, jos jaksaa ja haluaa syödä isomman määrän. Sushin taso on hyvää perustasoa Helsingissä. Ruoan saamisessa kestää hieman, mutta mielestäni tämä on täysin ok kun ruoka tehdään tilauksesta. Meillä oli myös lastenrattaita mukana mikä ei ollut ongelma ravintolalle, vaikka sisääntulo ei ole täysin esteetön.

Työntekijät olivat koti löhö vaatteissa, eivät tervehtineet tai "palvelleet". Ruoka oli hyvää, mutta se olikin ainoa hyvä puoli ravintolasta. Mesta oli likainen ja vessaan piti suurinpiirtein peruuttaaa. Hyvin meluisa paikka. Jouduttiin käydä erikseen pyytämässä tilaus tablettia takaisin jos haluttiin jotain lisää. Työntekijät puhuivat vihaisesti kiinaksi ja katsoivat pöytäämme päin. Jopa osottivat meitä. Kun katsoin heitä ihmetellen he hiljentyivät ja jatkoivat hommiaan.

Oli kiva paikka ja hyvää sushia. Palvelussa olisi vielä parannettavaa Olisi todella hyvä, jos padeistä voisi lähettää tilauksen suoraan keittiöön. Näin vältyttäisiin turhalta odottelulta, jos yksi tarjoilija on kiireinen. ja samalla voisi tilata ruokaa vapaammin

Best sushi in Helsinki and super cheap. Eat as much as you want for 25e is amazing deal. Fresh fish and and many creative rolls available. Service could be a bit better though.
