Ресторан отличный. Нам очень понравилось лобио, баклажаны с ореховой начинкой и говядина в томатном соусе. Очень хороший сервис!

Ruoka oli todella maukasta, siitä iso kiitos keittiölle. Valitettavasti palvelun taso ei yltänyt samalle tasolle. Ravintola oli puolityhjä, mutta meille ei annettu siirtyä toivomaamme pöytään, vaikka pyysimme useamman kerran. Perusteluksi annettiin epämääräiset "säännöt", mutta ilman tarkempia selityksiä. Tarjoilijat vaihtuivat jatkuvasti, ja joka kerta saimme vastaukseksi "tarkistan ja palaan asiaan", mutta mitään ei tapahtunut ennen kuin ruoka oli jo pöydässä. Vasta silloin, kun pöytä osoittautui liian pieneksi annoksille, meille sallittiin siirtyä toiseen pöytään. Kokonaisuudessaan jäi tunne, että asiakasta ei kuunneltu ja palvelussa on parannettavaa.

Gastro hub could deliver an excellent experience, food is good and relatively good value for money in Helsinki. I must say though that what is disappointing about this place is that every time we’ve been to gastro hub something is always off. This time their white wine was warm, supposedly because of a broken fridge. The waitress apologised fine, but asking the customer to feel a bottle to see if the wine is cold enough is just incompetent - the staff should taste it. Other times it’s been the service, slow deliver etc among other things. This time the waitress promised but forgot the discount she promised. I had asked them not to sell warm wine, but probably won’t make any difference. I’m not sure if we will be back as while these niggles aren’t major flaws, they do occur frequently and dampen the mood and experience

We were seated promptly when we arrived, then the waiting began. After a bit more than 20 minutes of being ignored, we went to the bartender to ask for attention. Once that happened, things moved smoothly. The food was tasty and quantities fair.

Nice unexpected space in an inner courtyard in one of the few really touristy areas of the city. Inside all serene and very relaxing. Good Georgian wines. Great Georgian food, particularly hinkali (that one can actually manage to eat properly, holding the inedible part in one's hand and biting into the juicy contents) and piping hot imeruli hachapuri (size on the generous side). Will be back bringing friends and family. Madloba.

This visit was a follow-up to a previous excellent experience, so slightly lower feedback may simply reflect higher expectations going in. On a positive note, the food was once again excellent – just as impressive as during the last visit. However, as the restaurant was fully booked, the noise level was higher than ideal, which impacted the overall atmosphere. The crowd also appeared to slow down service slightly, though it remained within acceptable limits. Our server was a young man, likely Latvian based on his accent in English. While friendly and professional, language barriers may have made interactions at some tables more challenging, as Finnish didn’t seem to be an option. This wasn't a major issue, but worth noting. To get the most out of vising this place, try to avoid busy hours.

Tämän ravintolan käynti ei vastannut odotuksiamme. Musiikki ei ollut Georgialaista. Kaiuttimista soi jazzia. Aterian aikana nukahdimme musiikkiin. Ja lopuksi musiikki alkoi ärsyttää. Ihmiset tulevat tänne kokemaan tunteita eivätkä istumaan kuin vanhainkodissa. Pöydän alla oli kaksi lampaanluuta. Mahdollisesti entisiltä asiakkailta. Sain sandaalini likaiseksi. Minã kysyin laskua kolme kertaa ja olimme odottamassa pitkä aika. Halusimme kaikki lähteä sieltä mahdollisimman pian. Musiikki oli vain ärsyttävää, kuin hautajaisissa. Musiikin pitäisi olla erilaista. Ravintolassa ei ole sellaista tunnelmaa, että olisimme tulleet kokeilemaan georgialaista ruokaa. Emme saaneet mitään hauskaa. Pidimme todella paljon khachapurista. Maistoimme kahta erilaista. Pkhali-annokset olivat hyvin pieniä ja osoittautuivat erittäin tulisiksi. Emme tule tähän ravintolaan enää. Palvelun pitäisi olla parempaa.
