The food wasn’t just bad- it was terrible. The waiters almost had a guilty conscience, as they never asked “how is your food”, even when the plates went back almost full. Tourists trap - don’t go!

Tunnelmallinen ravintola lapin ystäville. Ruoka oli hyvää. Ilneusesti kahvi olisi tarjottu perinteisestä kuksasta.

Average experience for premium price. We ordered salmon soup and sautéed reindeer - both were fine, but nothing special. They also lack in non alcoholic options for drinks (there is only one 0% beer and no moctails or alcohol free wine). That was a special birthday dinner which was actually spoiled by staff. My husband called a week earlier to organise a surprise cake to be brought after our desserts. Unfortunately waitress decided to come to our table and declared that it was not possible to put a candle in the dessert we ordered (lappish farm cheese) and therefore spoiled the whole surprise. If you’re planning to celebrate a special occasion definitely choose a different place.

The staff were friendly, the starters (salad and salmon soup) were tasty, the mains (entrecôte and sautéed reindeer) were fine, but not worth the price in my opinion. Great atmosphere in the restaurant, though - very rustic and thematic.

He vastasivat kielivaikeuksiimme hymyillen. Ruoka oli erinomaista ja loistava alku matkalle. Kiitos!

Allergikkona ravintola jätti harmillisen mielen ja maun suuhun. Entrecote ja filee annoksessa oli filee, keitetty peruna ja 1 kasviksen pala. Hinta sama 44€. Pääsääntöisesti ravintoloissa saa pienellä muokkauksella omat allergiat hoidettua, mutta nyt tuntui että ei. Miljöö kaunis ja siihen oli selkeästi panostettu, wc:tä myöden :)

Ruoka,miljöö kokonaisuudessaan sekä asiakaspalvelu olivat buenoja, ekstra plussaa suloisesta kannusta, josta punaviini kaadettiin lasiin :) Hienu kokemus myös Unkarista tulleille vieraillemme!

Es war sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, wenn es auch etwas zog und wärmere Kleider besser gewesen wären. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service gut. Preis/Leistung hat ebenfalls gestimmt.

Love the tasting appetizer! There were 5 of us and we all had a good portion. Reindeer was tasty and the fish (salmon and whitefish were delish too) Would definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed food and atmosphere. Food was delivered to the table with almost no pause between dishes... I would have appreciated a more relaxed service. regarding noise... welll a table was too much lively and talked at loud voice..

Nice setting, polite and well spoken staff. Ordered the meal for two but we did think it wasn’t enough food for two, so be prepared to order a starter/main with it too. Nice food, decent drinks. Pleasant experience :-)

Das Essen war typisch finnisch und hervorragend, genauso wie die Hütten-Atmosphäre. Absolute Empfehlung!

Entrée pour 2 géniale, on a fait le tour de la Finlande culinaire avec ça Service au petit soin, ambiance chàleureuse Seul bémol la photo qui montre une cheminée allumée c’est faux elle ne fonctionne pas !

Hirven ulkofile oli loistavaa! Sopivan rauhallinen tunnelma eikä liian meluisa.

Poronkäristykset tulivat pöytään 3 min tilauksesta. Ilmeisesti mikron kautta. Tarjoilija ( trainee) hyvä. Pankukakut/räiskäleet kuivia. Jätski hyvää! Jallukahvi kylmää. Kanadalainen ja hollantilainen asiakkaani eivät olleet tyytyväisiä.

Das Rentier mit den Preiselbeeren war etwas langweilig und zu kalt. Die Lachssuppe hat hervorragend geschmeckt genauso wie der Fang des Tages. Auch der Salat war köstlich

Enjoyed everything about the restaurant, especially the rustic deco and great food.

The receptionist was very upset to see that we have a baby when we booked a table for two. As a new mom I didn’t know that I should book a table for three even if the baby clearly won’t dine there. I really didn’t appreciate the sarcasm of the receptionist while he is asking us (He is also a human isn’t he? hahah ) Anyway that was supposed to be the celebration of my husband’s first Father’s Day . Unwelcome we felt, so we chose to only order the main course and leave. The portions are small I don’t recommend this place for people with children

Very good food. My family enjoyed very bite... Will come again.
