Salmon soup was nice and liked the herring as well. Seemed quite busy as new customers kept coming in. Only down side is there’s no AC, a little hot and stuffy.

Hyvä palvelu, paitsi olisin halunnut syödä vähemmän (olimme päivällisellä), esim. vain alkuruoan, mutta se ei ollut mahdollista. Viivymme n. 40 min. Upeita ravintolan henkeen pukeutuneita tarjoilijoita, mutta se häiritsi paljon, että yhdellä tarjoilijoista oli nenärengas, mikä ei sopinut ravintolan tyyliin ja imagoon lainkaan.

A great place with a pretty traditional Finnish classics buffet, lots of herring and other fish and so on. Perfect for introducing one's friends from abroad to the delights of Finnish cuisine. Hope to come back one day!

Olin erittäin tyytyväinen, että sain nauttia herkullista suomalaista ruokaa. Ravintolan ilmapiiri oli hyvä, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja hymyilevää, ja minulla oli erittäin hauskaa. Haluaisin ehdottomasti käydä uudelleen, jos tulen Helsinkiin seuraavan kerran.

The buffet gets at moments very crowdy. We also noticed that many clients used a lot of time at the buffet wondering what the dishes were. My humble suggestion is that you put on the tables and/or at the buffet wall a clear paper which indicates in various languages the content of the buffet. Thsi ensures that people do not get stuck.. At moments it is very frustrating... I'm sure you understan. If needed, I will more than happy to discuss the buffet flow matter with your restaurant staff. Very delicious authentic finnish food. Staffs are friendly. I love marinated herrings and salmon. All the sauce on site is interesting and delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great too, it's cozy and homely like. Fresh ingrediants 😃

Salad was good and many choices, but main course, lets us down. Meat was tough and not much choice. Soup was fine. Don’t put too much expectation.

Durch das Buffet kann man sich super durch die finnische Küche probieren. Es war sehr lecker, in schöner Atmosphäre. Preis/ Leistung super!

Great food with a friendly host who took the time to explain the different dishes on offer.

We were a team of 9 people. Dinner in a quiet small room, good food and nice atmosphere. Also very traditional Finnish food is not served in many places this way.

Arrived at 20.30 a group of 10 people, we found no bread, no salmon and empty boxes. They granted they were baking the bread and would refill the trays. None of these things happened. We complained and we just received a "sorry". We paid the entire amount for the "all you can eat", but we could try half of the food! Too bad

Kylmät alkupalat olivat maukkaita. Sen sijaa lämpimissä ruuissa kaikista ei voi sanoa samaa. Mm kana oli hyvin kuivaa, poronkäristys mautonta.

La formule est intéressante mais il manque des desserts, la possibilité de boire une bière, et la musique est très spéciale genre opérette populaire un peu trop fort pour se sentir détendus. Les plats sont bons en particulier la partie poisson, marinade de perche, gravlax, saumon au four.

They overbooked our table we had to leave after 70 minutes.

Ruoka oli monipuolista, paljon valinnanvaraa. Uunilohi ja poronkäristys eritoten maittavia. Palvelu olisi voinut olla hiukan asiakasta huomioivampaa. Alkuruokien lautaset korjasimme itse sivuun tehdäksemme tilaa pääruoan lautasille. Jälkiruokalistaa kysyessämme, odottelimme pöydässämme tovin aivan suotta. Tarjoilija ei kerrtonut, että listat haetaan itse ravintolan puolelta. Istuimme viiden hengen voimin pienen kabinetin puolella. Vähän jäi sekava fiilis Möljästä, mutta voimme silti tulla joskus toistekkin.

Hieno miljöö, sisustus oli milenkiintoinen ja omaperäinen, Suomen histiriaa kunnioittaen. Miellytti erityisestu Karjalan evakon jälkipolvea. Kaikki Kapteenin pöydässä, niin alku- kuin pääruuat, olivat monipuoliita ja herkullisia. Henkilökunta oli erittäin miellyttävä ja asiantunteva, saatiin kuulla tarinaa niin paikan historiasta kuin ruoista ja juomista. Mahtava kokemus, suosittelen hyvillä mielin.

Locale semplice e caratteristico dove poter assaporare la cucina finlandese. Il buffet è tipo all you can it ma consiglio di partire con piccoli assaggi perchè in alcuni casi i sapori sono molto “finnici” 🙂. Ottimo il salmone e da non perdere la renna!

Restaurant à la déco d'antan, un voyage temporel. Le buffet du soir est généreux, je le recommande aux gros mangeurs. Pas de dessert proposé dans cette formule. Cocktail agréable. Une pause chaleureuse dans notre journée pluvieuse😉. Serveuse ultra agréable et de bons conseils.
