BEEF GORGONZOLA
Pariloitua naudan ulkofileetä (200 g), gorgonzolaa,
perunagratiinia, punaviinikastiketta ja neulapapuja.
Beef sirloin steak (200 g) with gorgonzola, potato gratin, red wine
sauce and green beans.
SPIGOLA AL FORNO
Sitruunalla, yrteillä ja valkosipulilla maustettua meribassin
fileetä, grillattuja kirsikkatomaatteja, paahdettua perunaa ja
