Palvelu oli erinomaista. Palvelu oli englanniksi mutta se ei haitannut. Ruoka oli todella hyvää ja lihojen kierto nopeaa. Myös mahdollisuus pyytää tiettyä lihaa lisää oli hienoa. Suosittelen lämpimästi ravintolaa ja kokemusta. Koko ruokailu oli enemmän elämys kuin pelkkä ruokailu.

This place is one of a kind. From the moment you are welcomed until you leave you are taken care of in the best way possible. The food is absolutely amazing. Great diverse buffet and the meat is top class. And they just keep coming with different cuts of beef, chicken and pork. It's impossible to leave without a full belly. But even better than the food, is the service. Everyone that came to our table had a genuine smile, time for a chat and made us feel special. Even when their shift ended they came by to say goodbye. It's truly a special experience in every way possible and 100% we will go back here. Gaucho is the place to go!

We chose Gaucho in the center of Helsinki to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable evening. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel completely welcome. The hostess at the entrance, the servers, and everyone we met throughout the night were professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. The experience of the Brazilian rodízio was explained to us with care, and we started with a visit to the salad bar filled with fresh sides, vegetables, sauces, and accompaniments. Once seated, our wine was served and the parade of meats began. One after another, the servers arrived at our table with different cuts, carving them right in front of us and taking the time to describe what we were about to taste. The quality of the meat was the highlight of the evening. Every cut, from the juicier and more tender pieces to the flavorful grilled ones, was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The variety was impressive, and while seafood options like squid and shrimp were available, it was the meat that truly stole the show. Each bite felt like a celebration of flavor, and we loved the chance to try so many different cuts prepared with such mastery. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and gentle background music that created just the right mood for a special evening. Everything was organized smoothly, never rushed, and we felt very well taken care of at all times. At the end of the meal, the staff made the celebration even more memorable. Since I had mentioned it was my partner’s birthday, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert, complete with a candle, and sang “Happy Birthday” together with the whole room. It was a heartfelt and joyful moment that we will never forget. Considering the outstanding quality of the food, the impeccable service, and the wonderful atmosphere, the value for money was excellent, especially in Helsinki. Gaucho gave us an evening filled with warmth, flavor, and joy, and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.

Palasimme vielä toisen kerran. Onhan tämä kokemus ja erilaiset lihat ovat erittäin herkullisia! Pieni miinus suht korkeasta hinnasta, sillä itse naisena en syö samaa määräällisesti kuin vaikka mieheni.

Olimme ensi kertaa Gauchossa ja kokemus oli mitä upein. Palvelu oli loistavaa ja erittäin ystävällistä. Ruoka oli herkullista ja maut erittäin monipuolisia. Lisänä saimme ravintolan henkilökunnalta syntymäpäivän kunniaksi yllätyksen, jota emme olleet osanneet odottaa. Suuret kiitokset illasta ja yllätyksestä, tulemme ehdottomasti uudelleen ja suosittelemme ravintolaa ystävillemme!

The customer service here is awesome 🤩. It was my birthday and they made a cake for me and sang for me. I was so excited. Best experience ever. Will definitely recommend. The food too was delicious, you eat as much as you can, different types of steak and other food and salads.

Palvelut oli lämmintä ja asenne oli ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Ruokakonsepti oli meille uusi ja mielenkiintoinen. Ko ska osa lihasta oli mureusasteeeltaan uutta, alkuun osa naudan leikkuukaavion lihoista tuntui vähän sitkeältä.

Uskomattoman hyvä palvelu. Ruoka oli ylimaallisen hyvää ja todellakin hintansa arvoista. Mitään pahaa sanottavaa ei ravintolasta ole ja päätimmekin kaverin kanssa, että kerran vuoteen vähintään vastedes eli parempi, että ravintola pysyy pystyssä. 😄👌👍
