Finnjävel Salonki

Kokonaisuus oli todella hyvä, palvelu ensiluokkaista, ruoka todella hyvää ja maukasta. Tunnelma oli todella hienostunut mutta samalla lämmin.

Syötiin 8 ruokalajin menu viinipaketilla sekä kaviaarilla. Ruoka oli älyttömän hyvää, annokset olivat kauniita ja tarkkaan mietittyjä. Viinit sopivat hienosti annosten kanssa. Palvelu oli lämmintä, rentoa ja asiantuntevaa. Tullaan varmasti uudestaan.

Safka todella tikissä ja henkilökunnan toiminta äärimmäisen ammattimaista. Vaikka vaivasimme taloa hieman erikoisemmilla ruokavalioilla, annokset toimivat erinomaisesti, VARSINKIN pääksi tarjoiltu selleribiffi. Väkevä suositus. 5/5

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I would recommend for anyone who would like to try the flavours of traditional Finnish food. A Finn living in their homeland might not be as pleased as some dishes are very plain and unsurprising for a person who has already experienced similar dishes. The weitress were inconsistent in style of which none suited Finnjävel style well. Service should be improved even based on Finnish standards.

Erinomainen ruoka, jossa oli hyvä tarina ja teema takana. Etenkin pari tarjoilijaa ihan loistavia asiakaspalvelijoita ja tunnelma oli hyvä.

The food was very good! Considering that we had the 5-course menu with additional cheese plate, the time we spent there was rather long (> 3 hours). The atmosphere is good as well as there are only 9 tables & a better lighting visibility due to the bright Finnish summer. What surprised us and made us wonder, is that none of the personnel were asking nor interested in whether the course we just had was good or not.. The only time we were asked if the course was good, was after the cheese plate - which they don’t prepare themselves. As a cook or chef, I’d at least appreciate some feedback on my own cooking.. Service was ok, nothing special - but rather distant & cold.

Great value for money, and defo worth it’s Michelin star… Very attentative and super friendly staff, but not quite there to match the level of the before mentioned Star. Too many rookie mistakes along the way like dropping food on the table w/o offering to get it replaced, stacking plates and cutlery when clearing the table. Timing between courses were spot on so double thumbs up… We’ll come back for sure.

Sublime service before and during our stay! We asked if our reservation could be extended with two additional guests even though the restaurant was technically fully booked but they managed to squeeze all of us in! Food was excellent, very nice atmospheres and memories, and we really liked the banter we had with the staff. Very talented sommelier. A wonderful experience!

Ruokailu oli ihan OK! Mutta ei ikävä kyllä yllä vielä esim. Kaskiksen tasolle, jälkiruoat olivat samaa tasoa. Yksi häiritsevä tekijä oli esim. kun kesken ruokailun kysyttiin, että syökö kaikki juustoja. Olimme kaikki neljä, että kyllä, onneksi tajusin kysyä kuuluuko ne hintaan. No, silloinhan meille vasta kerrottiin, että niistä tulee lisähintaa. Onneksi tajusin itse kysyä, kun tuli vähän outo olo, kun kesken menun kysellään juustoista kun ruokarajoitteet piti ilmoittaa etukäteen.

Mukava ja rento kokemus, ruoka oli varsin maistuvaa. Ravintolahenkilökunta kertoi hyvin tarjottavista ruoista ja viineistä. Viinit olivat loistava lisä menuun.
