Rohki Bistro

Söimme kolmen ruokalajin aterian eli alkuruoan, pääruuan ja jälkiruuan. Kaikki annokset olivat herkullisia ja sopivan kokoisia sekä tyylikkäitä. Tarjoilija oli erittäin ystävällinen olematta mitenkään mielistelevä. Saimme henkilökohtaista palvelua kun iltapäivällä ei ollut muita ruokailijoita😊❤️

What a pleasant surprise. We knew the place as a tiny nice bakery back from 2019. Later it was closed. Which was kind of a bummer. This year we saw the first time since 2019 that there were guests so we decided to book a table even though all references where in Finnish. What we did understand with our limited language skills: all were thumbs up. We hoped for the best and got even more 😄 The Bistro is small with place for 14 guests but it is inviting and cozy. The menu is „small“ (3-4 starters, mains and deserts) but we think it has something fitting for everyone. And we do not like overloaded menus, so it was perfect. It makes the decisions much easier 😁 Same with the aperitifs and the wines… good selection but not overburdening. It is still a Bistro (by its own description 😬) in the end. I would describe it as a Bistrourant. We had the Mussles and Reindeer Tatar as the starter and the Pasta with Porchini as the main dish. It was soooo delicious and nicely arranged. Soul food brought to perfection 🤘👍 And I cook a lot. We did not tried the deserts as it was plenty of food, not to much, not to less, just right. And the host is also heartwarming. We felt always highly welcome from the moment we have entered the Bistrourant 🫶 We have already made a 2nd booking and we wish for the host that it will be a place which remains active in Äkäslompolo for the coming years.

Hyvä kokemus! Tullaan uudelleenkin! Ravintolan tilat ovat kovin pienet, mutta toisaalta se on osa tunnelmaa.

Het eten was heerlijk! We hebben genoten. De sfeer is ontspannen en aangenaam. Als ik in de buurt zou wonen zou ik hier zeker vaker komen!

Excellent, and honestly more that. There are using the finest lappish ingredients to come up with near magical experience of dishes that are both unique and delicious at the same time.

Perfect! You miss really something when you did not visit this restaurant. My wife was haivng her 55 th birthday and the owner cake up with bubbelen and a firework during dessert. Really thumbs up for this new restaurant and her very nice owner.

Alle gerechten waren super lekker!!! Topchef👍🏻. Bediening was eveneens super, gastvrouw super vriendelijk. Dit is het beste restaurant in Äkäslompolo!!

Loistavaa ruokaa ja palvelua. Ruokaa tuodessa pöytään kerrottiin sen ainesosista, alkuperästä ja valmistustavasta persoonallisesti ja yksityiskohtaisesti. Tuoreita paikallisia raaka-aineita joita selvästi kunnioitetaan ruoalla. Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan parhaimmistoa koko Suomessa.

Kleines nettes Lokal mit freundlicher Bedienung. Lapische Selektion als Vorspeise ist sehr empfehlenswert sowie das Rendeer roast.

Really happy with our experience at Rohki. The hostess was really lovely and welcoming. The food was incredible, the beautiful dishes made with local ingredients were very tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Ystävällinen palvelu, huippuruuat, ranskalaista keittiötä lappilaisella twistillä ja erittäin hyvä hinta- laatusuhde. Ainoa toive/- hieman enemmän valikoimaa laseittain myytäviin viineihin Paras ravintolakokemus pitkiin aikoihin!

Lovely restaurant! The food was really good, we love fine dining and thats hard to get in Akaslompolo! We had late lunch and it was delicious! Reindier tartare, pumpkin risotto with deel fried halloumi and fried kale and Reindier topside roast, roasted cauliflower puree (so good!!) and Sauce service really good and a nice wine list!!
